We are upgrading the servers that carry your calls, from 12:30 am to 1:30 am IST on Monday 7 September. We expect to finish within 30 minutes and have booked the full hour as a safety margin. During the window incoming calls will not connect, outgoing calls and campaigns will not run, and the dashboard and both mobile apps will not load. Your recordings, call history, contacts and settings are not affected and nothing is deleted. We chose this hour because it is the quietest of the week, with under two calls an hour across all accounts. We will post here again as soon as everything is back to normal.
